The store sells products to private persons over the age of 18. The prices of the products include value-added tax. We reserve the right to make changes to prices and delivery costs.
The products are ordered at the online store by putting them in the shopping cart and by paying for the contents of the cart at the checkout. All customer information is handled confidentially. The contact information requested when ordering is not used for anything other than delivering the order or investigating possible issues, unless separately stated otherwise. When ordering from the online store, you are required to read and agree to the delivery terms and conditions valid at the time.
We use Klarna as the provider of our checkout.
This means that we might transfer your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna when the checkout is loaded, in order for Klarna to manage your purchase.
Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy notice.
Once we have received your order, we will immediately send you a confirmation email with your ordering information. Always check the content of the confirmation. If you have any questions, immediately contact our customer service. Save the confirmation if you have to contact customer service. When communicating with customer service, always keep your customer number and order number at hand. Always check that the content of the package matches the products in the order confirmation.

Delivery costs include costs for postage and packing. We will provide an estimate of the coming delivery costs in your shopping cart according to the preferred delivery method. You will see the exact delivery costs once you have selected the payment- and delivery methods that you want for your order. Available delivery methods depend on the content and total weight of your shopping cart. You can choose the option that suits you best from the delivery methods available at the checkout, where the exact delivery cost will be indicated.

For orders delivered to a home address, if the customer cannot be reached the order will be delivered to a collection point closest to the customer.
Edit the delivery time estimate to match that of your online store and, for any international orders, include the estimated delivery time for the most common delivery methods.
Our most common delivery times in Europe are 3–7 days depending on the order and delivery method. You will be informed of differences to the delivery time estimate if your shopping cart contains products that are out of stock, and we will also inform you of possible delays immediately after you have ordered.
We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure or for indirect damage caused by delays. The online store will provide information about delivery times that deviate from normal.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends within 14 days starting from the day you received the last shipment, or in the case of downloadable products, from the moment you received the order.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to cancel the agreement in an unambiguous way (for example, by mail or by email).
To comply with the deadline for withdrawal, it is sufficient that you submit your notice of cancellation before the end of the withdrawal period.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract provided, that we recieve your order in the original packaging and in good condition. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
You must return the goods without delay and no later than 14 days after informing us about your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You are only responsible for the kind of value decrease of the goods that did not result from treatment that is required for determining the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.
If a package is not claimed, this is not the same thing as return or cancellation. We will charge delivery costs for an unclaimed package for which no separate cancellation notice was issued.
If a product disappears or suffers damage in transit, or if it does not otherwise match what you ordered, you must inform us in writing of the error within no more than 14 days to the address given in the section ‘Right of cancellation and terms and conditions for return’ or by calling the telephone number given in the contact information. If the package has clearly been damaged in transit, you must immediately file a complaint about the matter to the transport company that you selected for delivery.
